Big Basin/Hwy 236 Closure Update
Dear Families Living Near Big Basin Way,
Our Transportation Department has been communicating with CalTrans for updates on the Big Basin road closure. We have been informed that a stop light will be erected at some point over the weekend, making the road one-way. Once this is in place, we have to wait until the Fire Department checks to see if the roadway can accommodate commercial vehicles before we can resume school bus service. We will send a Bearmail when we have more information, hopefully on Sunday afternoon. It might be a good idea to have an alternative plan for transportation to and from school on Monday.Thank you again for your patience.
