Where: Soccer Central, Ramsay Park, 1301 Main St., Watsonville
When: Saturday, November 15th, 2008
10 am – 2 pm (or until they run out!)
No needles, no pain:
• FluMist is squirted into the nose.
• The following people do not qualify for FluMist, but may receive a flu shot:
people under 2 years, over 49 years, pregnant, or have a serious health problem.
Have a cold or fever? You must be healthy to get the vaccine.
Parental consent: Come with your child to get a vaccine. If you cannot come, please send your child with another adult and a letter of parental consent.
